Park Tools Grant Recognition
The Bike Cave, located in the basement of our Dorothy Day House, was selected as a 2017 Community Tool Grant Winner. We were among ten bicycle and community centered organizations awarded a $1,400 grant of select items from Park Tools. The tools, bike repair stands, and Big Blue Book of Bicycle repair will really go along way to ensure that The Bike Cave remains a place where inexperienced and experts alike can go for great bikes, great knowledge, and great opportunities to volunteer in Duluth. Thanks to Drew Anderson for seeing through the application process and unpacking all the new goods!
